For Chef Steph, Austrian cooking is more than a profession — it's part of her heritage.
Professionally trained and inspired by her Austrian family background, Steph brings together traditional family recipes, time-honoured techniques and a genuine passion for good food.
For more than 12 years, Steph has been at the heart of the Austrian Club Restaurant, sharing the flavours and traditions of Austria with Sydney diners.
From freshly prepared schnitzels and hearty European classics to homemade desserts, the food she has built the restaurant around celebrates quality ingredients, generous hospitality and the joy of gathering around a table.
